I have often thought that I ought to give God the praise by writing a testimony of my many healings in Christian Science.

Over twenty years ago I took up this Science as a last resort, after I had tried material means of help. An X ray had shown a serious condition in my stomach, and I knew I could not live if I did not get relief. A friend brought me some Sentinels, and I shall always be most grateful for this. I read them, and although I did not understand all I read, I knew I had found the pearl of great price. I was taken to a Christian Science practitioner, and in a few days I was healed.

The next healing I had was of rheumatism of long standing. Then I was healed of a bad case of grippe, also of laryngitis. Later ptomaine poisoning, a foot badly swollen from an insect bite, and an inflamed eye were also healed.

For all these experiences I am truly grateful. They taught me many things. I am a better Christian Scientist.—(Mrs.) Kizzie E. Burke, Washington, District of Columbia.
