I wish to express my deep gratitude for having been led into Christian Science. It was through searching for this new understanding of Christian healing for a loved sister who was suffering physically that I became interested.

I had casually heard that Christian Science heals the sick. One Sunday evening I started out to find a Christian Science church, and being a stranger in the city, made many inquiries before one was found. After the service the textbook, Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, was borrowed and brought home to the sufferer. A few days later I took up the book and began to read. When I had read a short time I found I was healed of chilblains on my hands and feet. I was greatly surprised at this, the weather still being bitterly cold, and I had never known them to disappear until the warm weather returned. This healing was permanent.
