A Christian Science program was conducted from Station WEAF, New York City, Sunday afternoon, January 12, at 1.15, by Mr. Norman E. John, a former First Reader in a Christian Science church. This program was given under the auspices of the Committee on Publication for the state of New York and had the approval of The Christian Science Board of Directors. Mrs. Helen Young, soloist, was assisted by Mr. Thomas Richner at the organ.
The program opened with the solo from the oratorio "St. Paul" by Mendelssohn, "But the Lord is Mindful of His Own." Then Mr. John read an address substantially as follows:
