Extracts from Reports of Christian Science Committees on Publication

Virginia.

Your Committee was requested to address the Young People's Service League of Grace and Holy Trinity church in Richmond, Virginia, on Christian Science. A brief address was given on our organization, its Tenets, and the Discoverer and Founder, Mary Baker Eddy. This meeting was well attended, and the history presented of our movement was received with interest.

It is a source of gratitude to report that this year again there has been demonstrated a decided friendliness on the part of the press throughout the state, and much improvement has been shown in the general attitude of the majority of the newspaper editors. No newspaper misrepresentations requiring correction were found during the year.
