Lecturer: Miss Violet Ker Seymer; introduced by Mrs. Coralie R. Chauvin, who said:—

The message of Christian Science today is the same sweet call which Jesus gave when he spoke these words: "Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." A close study of this call of the Master in the light of Christian Science reveals his divine nature, for surely no man ever encountered more trials and persecutions than did Christ Jesus, yet he states, "My yoke is easy, and my burden is light."
