Christian Science testimonies of healing have helped and encouraged me so many times that I have long felt impelled to relate some of my experiences that others may likewise be benefited.

I had been an invalid for many years, suffering from what had been diagnosed as spinal curvature, neuritis, neurasthenia, hemorrhoids, constipation, and other ailments. Every organ in my body seemed to be affected. I was constantly under the care of physicians, osteopaths, chiropractors, nerve specialists, and surgeons. I also tried change of climate, electrical baths, and Viavi treatment, with very little benefit. Operations failed to bring about desired results, and my case was considered hopeless.

Christian Science had been presented to me seven years before this, but I did not understand it and refused to accept it. However, in this time of great distress a dear neighbor, who was not a Christian Scientist, brought me some Christian Science literature which had been sent to her by a friend living in another state. The testimonies gave me a ray of hope. Christian Science seemed to be the only thing left for me to try, so a practitioner was called, and I started on the upward way.
