I was considered an epileptic, according to one medical authority. The attacks became more violent until I received my healing, which, though not instantaneous, was brought about through the work of a Christian Science practitioner some time ago.

Later on, through the advice of the attorney who represented me at a hearing before a commision, where the question of my health was involved, I underwent a series of physical examinations by a city health doctor, and by a prominent specialist. The verdict of both these eminent doctors was that my health was excellent, and the certificate, signed by both men, is on file at the attorney's office.

I have had much help in Christian Science. I was healed of the smoking habit in one absent treatment. The liquor habit, the desire for tea and coffee, and the use of profanity left me completely, simply by my reading our textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy.
