For all the blessings I have received through Christian Science I am deeply and inexpressibly grateful. In the Bible is the promise, "Ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart." This I have had the opportunity to experience. Christian Science has been my only help since July, 1936.

I was suffering from organic heart trouble and overactivity of the thyroid gland. I had gone from one doctor to another, but none had been able to help me. Through X-ray photographs it had been found that blood stoppage was in evidence in the lungs. I had then tried another cure to which I had been sent, but I had become weaker, and the attacks from which I was suffering were more frequent. Then Christian Science was presented to me. I began to attend the Wednesday evening testimony meetings, and I heard the words, Cast "all your care upon him; for he careth for you." The thought then came to me to apply this in my own case. By studying the textbook, Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, and The Herald of Christian Science (German edition) I was soon free from chronic inflammation of the cornea, from which I had suffered for five years. My desire to learn more of this wonderful truth grew constantly greater. I went to a Christian Science practitioner for help, and I was entirely healed. The healing occurred one Sunday morning. The night before I had slept badly, due to pains in the neck, and fever. Error suggested to me, "You are tired; do not get up." When I thought this over I came to the realization that there was no power opposed to God that could hinder me from going to church. My obedience was rewarded, for I returned home healed.
