The Clerk of The Mother Church recently arranged for the printing of translations of the "Instructions for Filling out Applications for Membership in The Mother Church," in the following languages: Danish, Dutch, French, Greek, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Spanish, and Swedish. These "Instructions," carrying the English text, will, when translated, be sent to Reading Rooms, teachers, and practitioners in the countries where these languages are generally spoken, together with a letter of explanation. Additional copies may be procured at any time from the Clerk of The Mother Church. Applicants who speak and write these languages but do not understand English may correspond with the Clerk in any of the languages mentioned. Copies of "Instructions for Filling out Applications for Membership in The Mother Church" are already available in English-German.

The fact that applications for membership from various countries are coming to The Mother Church in sufficient number to warrant these translated Instructions is gratifying evidence of the spread of Christian Science and the international character of the Christian Science movement. Christian Science is indeed a gospel of love and healing for all men. Mrs. Eddy foresaw the acceptance of Christian Science among all nations of the earth when she wrote, "The Cause, our Cause, is highly prosperous, rapidly spreading over the globe; and the morrow will crown the effort of to-day with a diadem of gems from the New Jerusalem" (Retrospection and Introspection, p. 85).
