Mrs. Eddy writes in "The First Church of Christ, Scientist, and Miscellany" (p. 162), "May the loving Shepherd of this feeble flock lead it gently into 'green pastures ... beside the still waters.'" Since coming into Christian Science, less than two years ago, I have truly learned that divine Love does constantly lead me "beside the still waters;" that God is my strength, for "in him we live, and move, and have our being."

Since the arrival of a little daughter in our home it has seemed at times as if household duties had multiplied to the extent that there were scarcely enough hours in the day for their accomplishment. As my understanding of Christian Science has grown, however, I find myself completing more work than ever before seemed possible, still haveing ample time for the study of the Bible and the writings of our Leader. I am grateful for God's loving protection. The birth of our youngest daughter was a very harmonious experience. For the loving practitioner who has led me so graciously along the path of understanding I am indeed grateful.

Three of our children are attending a Christian Science Sunday School, where they are taught the spiritual truths of the Bible. It has been a great joy to both my husband and me to see how beautifully they have responded to Christian Science. As flowers unfold and bloom in sunshine and warmth, so have our children unfolded and bloomed as the result of these beautiful teachings.
