Having received so many blessings from Christian Science,...
Having received so many blessings from Christian Science, I feel it is my duty to express my deep gratitude, and to share some of my demonstrations. Christian Science has healed me of many superstitions and fears, and of many illnesses. I suffered from heart disease, which troubled me so much that I always wanted to be alone. A loving and devoted practitioner helped me, and I am now in good health, happy to share this joyful truth with all.
I have also had proof that when we lean on God and seek Him righteously, He does guide us. I very much desired to know the English language better, so that I could help others to understand Christian Science. Then in a most unexpected way, through the generosity of a very dear friend, the opportunity came for me to remain in London and to have class instruction. A great struggle took place in my thought between the desire to remain and my sense of lack. As I was humbly praying for divine guidance this Scriptural command came so clearly to me that obeyed it: "Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." How abundantly "all these things" have been added it is impossible to relate. Words cannot express my sincere gratitude to all the dear friends who have helped me. With joy I know that the good they have given me will be multiplied unto them.
I am grateful for membership in The Mother Church, for the spiritually illumined class instruction, and for the privilege of working in the Christian Science vineyard; grateful to our Father-Mother God, to Christ Jesus, who revealed man's unity with God, and to our beloved Leader, who by her consecrated life and love has given to all mankind the true understanding of God, man, and the universe. I am grateful for all the literature and lectures which give us encouragement, and to all who work for this great Cause. "Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples."—(Miss)Alexandra Erashco, Chisinau, Bessarabia, Roumania.
