With humility and a grateful heart I want to acknowledge some of the healings I have had in Christian Science. First I was healed of extreme weakness and pain in my back which had troubled me for twenty-five years or more. This healing came through reading "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy to a member of my family before I really knew about the truth. I was not thinking of or hoping for healing for myself, but thought Christian Science might help this loved one. This healing convinced me that I was on the right road.

Since then I have had numerous other healings. For the most serious difficulties I have had help from Christian Scientists whose understanding was more advanced than mine, but sometimes the healing has come through my reading of Science and Health. I have been healed of sprains, burns, nail wounds, boils on the body and in the nose, broken ribs, bad colds, sore throat, influenza, ptomaine poisoning, ivy poisoning, and a bad case of blood poisoning. While I was having help for the latter trouble, corns disappeared and bunions ceased to pain. Heart trouble and many other errors have also vanished into nothingness.

Thanks be to God, our Father-Mother, to our Leader, and to all who uphold this glorious Cause! Last but not least I am glad and thankful to be able through the Christ, Truth, to help others.
