To meet complaints from individual subscribers that their Quarterlies are received so far in advance of the date of use that they often become mislaid and consequently have to be duplicated, a new mailing schedule has been worked out, effective with the April, 1929, issue, whereby Quarterlies will be mailed as follows:

Pacific Coast and Western states—early in preceding month.
Middle Western and Southern states—middle of preceding month.
Atlantic and New England states and eastern Canada—
shortly after middle of preceding month.
