I was ill and under medical care for six years

I was ill and under medical care for six years. After a serious operation for tumorous growths, I returned home expecting to be well, but grew decidedly worse. I took up the study of Christian Science as a last resort; but I see now that it should have been my first. I had been offered this healing truth before undergoing the operation, but it seemed I needed the added suffering before I was ready to accept it.

At the time I began the study of Christian Science, I was suffering from a rupture I asked for treatment, and in three days the rupture entirely disappeared. Through my own study of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy I have been healed of chronic constipation and other periodical disorders from which I had suffered for a number of years. With a practitioner's help I was instantaneously healed of a broken bone in the foot, also of an abscess on the spine. My husband has been healed of lumbago, quinsy sore throat, and a bone felon. For all these and for many other healings I am indeed grateful.
