I am and have every reason to be full of gratitude to our Father-Mother God, "who healeth all thy diseases," for I have had many proofs of the healing power of Truth when understood in the light of the teaching of Christian Science.

This truth came to me fifteen years ago, at the birth of our second child. I had been told I would never be able to have another child and live. Not until this child was eleven months old did I realize that Christian Science is the "pearl of great price." At that time the doctor in charge said she could not live over half an hour. Then I earnestly turned to Christian Science, and I am grateful to say this condition was healed in one week; and God has been our only Physician since. I was saved from an operation for appendicitis in one treatment. Our son was healed of inflammatory rheumatism in three weeks. My husband broke his knee and was back at work in three days.

For all these blessings and many more I am indeed grateful; grateful to God, and to Christ Jesus, our Way-shower; grateful for church services and the Wednesday evening testimony meetings; grateful for the Sunday schools, for the practitioners, and for all the literature. Words could not express my gratitude to our beloved Leader, Mary Baker Eddy.
