Leave Them to the Father
Paul writes that "none of us liveth to himself." Perhaps this was never more pronounced than at the present time; for in the complexity of modern civilization we all touch the environment of others at some point. We all have some relationship to some other in some way. There must surely be a true law governing this relationship, that can bring about what is right and eliminate whatever is wrong.
Christian Science alone can bring about this great desideratum, for it alone reveals the seeming cause of all discord and its unfailing remedy. Discord in human affairs can be overcome only by a right understanding of God and the correct application of this knowledge to erroneous conditions. Jesus said, "This is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent."
Christian Science reveals that God is infinite, and the loving Father of the universe. It also shows that God is the ever tender, compassionate Mother, and that the universe is sustained and governed by infinite Love. It teaches also that man is the image and likeness of God, divine Love. If each individual were obedient to God, the Father-Mother, perfect harmony would prevail. God, possessing all wisdom, love, and power, governs, controls, and rightly guides His entire creation. As He is the only creator, He must be the only governor; and as He is the only cause, He must be the source of all guidance, all law, all right activity.
