A Christian Science lecturer recently said: "Critics criticize Christian Scientists because they make so much of Mrs. Eddy. Why, of course, they make much of Mrs. Eddy, because Mrs. Eddy has made much of them." Hoping and praying that my experience may give hope to some weary wanderer, as I have been helped along the way by the experiences of others related in our periodicals, I want to state that the reason I love and revere Mrs. Eddy is because she "has made much" of me. Through the study of our textbooks, the Holy Bible and "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, I have learned to distinguish between right and wrong, to love my neighbor as myself, and to treat him as I should like to be treated; and I have gained a desire for the better things of life—all of which are directly opposite to my attitude before studying Christian Science.

For approximately fourteen years before becoming interested in Christian Science I had nothing to do with anything of a religious nature. As a result, I had nothing to turn to or depend upon in time of need. But
