A Word from the Church Treasurer

In recent years more members of The Mother Church have paid their annual per capita tax during May, June, and July than any other three months of the year. As a result, extra workers have been needed to handle the thousands of remittances received during this period. The additional expense thereby incurred would not be necessary if new members and those who have been accustomed to remitting at Annual Meeting time would find it convenient in the future to forward their per capita tax during the six months' period from October to March instead. The active cooperation of members along this line will prove most helpful in effecting substantial economies in our work.
