Words cannot express my gratitude for Christian Science, as everything I have and am I owe to this wonderful truth. When Christian Science was brought to me I had met with the misfortune of losing the sight of my left eye, and at times the right eye would fail so that I could not see at all. I was under the care of physicians for over three years. They tried every means in their power to restore my sight, but their efforts were unsuccessful. The treatments were very painful. Finally, the eye specialist told me I would never see with the left eye; and it was his opinion that the sight had always been defective. This was very discouraging, and naturally I was despondent.

It occurred to me that a friend who was interested in Christian Science might be able to give me helpful advice; so I called him on the telephone, and he left his work and came to my home. He suggested that I have treatment from a Christian Science practitioner, which I did; and in two weeks I was completely healed. This healing took place eight years ago, and there has been no reaction of any kind. I see better to-day than I ever did.
