In April, 1921, I wrote to a Christian Science practitioner asking for treatment for what seemed to be a very bad cold in my head. The following morning it was found that an abscess had formed behind one of my eyes, causing intense pain. My face was much inflamed, and the condition of my eye seemed critical. A friend who was with me telephoned the practitioner acquainting her with these conditions; and in a few hours I was relieved of much of the suffering. The second day afterward I was up, and in a few days was able to use the eye; but I continued under treatment two more days. This year the trouble did not return. The healing must have been complete, as each year for a long time it had seemed to reappear in the spring.

I want to say I have had many healings since taking up Christian Science, and I am very grateful for them all.
