Through my own study of Christian Science, and the patient, unselfish work of a practitioner, I have been healed of sugar diabetes, catarrh of the bowels, tuberculosis, and many other physical and mental discordant conditions. Paul says, "To be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace;" and to all appearance I was nearing the grave. Then, like one dreaming, I reached out for the life-saving power which Jesus promised us in these words: "Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." These were the first words that came to me through the "still small voice;" and, straightway, I became more honest. I have learned that the more I abide in the consciousness of Truth, the freer I am from sin and disease, and the more peace and joy I possess.

I am praying earnestly to express this Christ, Truth, more and more in my daily life; for this is the only way I can prove my gratitude for Christian Science and for our brave, patient, self-sacrificing Leader, Mary Baker Eddy.
