Among the Churches
Medford, Mass. (First Church).—First Church of Christ, Scientist, of Medford, has purchased that portion of the Mary E. Tufts estate abutting on High Street, and will at an early date remodel the residence for church purposes, architects' plans for which are now being prepared. The property is centrally situated, and the house is of the mansion type, with ample room for church auditorium, Sunday school department, and Reading Room, and is admirably adapted to the purposes of the church organization. First Church of Christ, Scientist, of Medford, was organized in June, 1914, and recently has been using the Medford Women's Club House for its meetings.—Medford Messenger.
