I am being regenerated and am "a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new." Christian Science healed me of the use of tobacco, and in one treatment of congestion of the lungs and a painful cough. A great measure of fear, resentment, and worry have been eliminate through the realization of God's allness. Through Christian Science I have been able to meet and overcome the ills and temptations which come up daily. At one time my wife and I were compelled to be vaccinated, but we came through the experience with only the proverbial scratch, not even feeling the slightest discomfort, the "scratch" disappearing in a few hours.

What is there really to life but peace, contentment, and love? All these God-qualities I have in a measure realized. Life is indeed worth while now; whereas before, I was in the wilderness of fear, hate, and other kindred evils. Now I am confident, happy, and free from all doubt as to God and my unity with Him as His spiritual child. I thank God and Christian Science for the healing of the old Judaic belief of a future Messiah, and that I now realize my Messiah as Christ here and now, ever present, giving me hope in a present salvation and a corresponding usefulness now. Christian Science has never failed me when I have put into practice what I know; and as I have risen into spiritual vision, "the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters."
