On first hearing of Christian Science I scoffed, as did many others; but after seeing the effect of its teaching and practice, I became very curious to know about it, procured at once a copy of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, read it through very quickly; and oh, what a wonderful benefit! The tobacco and profanity habits of years' standing were gone; and I have never ceased to be grateful for the good received at that time.

A year ago, what seemed a very serious attack of acute indigestion came upon me. The suffering was so great that I was unable to help myself. A Christian Science practitioner was called, and treatment was begun. It was about eight days before the trouble yielded, but yield it did; and I surely was grateful for this added proof of God's love to man, made manifest through divine Science.

Words are indeed inadequate to express my gratitude for the great good I have received through depending wholly on Christian Science.—Albert Oswald, St. Paul, Minn.
