In January, 1910, I contracted what is known to the medical profession as rheumatism. During the following four years I tried mineral baths, brine baths, hypodermic injections, electricity, and almost all kinds of medicine (patent and otherwise), also had treatment from a chiropractor, with little or no result. When, in February, 1914, Christian Science was first brought to my notice, I decided to try it. My healing was not instantaneous, but rather, on the contrary, was very slow but sure. This is only one of the many healings and blessings I have experienced since Christian Science found me. I am indeed grateful to God; and am also grateful to Mrs. Eddy for revealing this great truth.
