It is with a grateful heart that I wish to testify to the healing power of Christian Science. The benefits I have derived from this beautiful truth are so many that I could not begin to relate them all. My first experience of the healing power of Truth was when my eye was cut open. The doctors informed me that I would lose my sight. After reading "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, as best I could, I received the healing in a few days. I have also been healed of smoking, chewing tobacco, swearing, a broken wrist, acute blood-poisoning, and hatred for children and company; in fact, Christian Science has made me a new man, and has shown me how to trust in God.

For a number of years the Bible, Science and Health, and the Manual were my only friends. I am indeed very grateful that Christian Science has been my strength and support in trials, and my comfort in sorrow.
