In 1920 our one and one half year old son became ill with what the doctor termed brain fever. He held out to us little hope, and said that even if the child did not pass on, some difficulty would remain for the rest of his life. Through a relative we turned to a Christian Science practitioner for help, which was lovingly given. The child was also paralyzed on one side; but in a short time the illness had vanished, and the boy was able to walk again. When the physician again saw the child, he was very much surprised. The illness did not leave any bad results, not even weakness. No other members of the family have used medicine since that time.
