When I was healed of fear several years ago through Christian Science, I thought it the most wonderful healing anyone could have, for I knew that physicians could prescribe nothing which would heal this trouble. Over a year ago, however, when I was quickly and permanently healed of chronic appendicitis by trusting God as we are taught to do in Christian Science, I thought this still more wonderful. In my early girlhood days I had in hot weather what was thought to be heat on my scalp. The same trouble was manifested again in the summer of 1918 for the first time in years and developed into a severe case of erysipelas. This condition was healed in a few days by absent treatments from a Christian Science practitioner. I have now a heavy growth of new hair and not a trace of the disease is left.

These healings have all brought spiritual uplift. I am thankful for what Christian Science has done for me, and grateful for what I can do to help others, but most of all I am grateful to Mrs. Eddy for discovering the blazed trail that leads to the peace "which passeth all understanding."
