For many years I have received countless blessings...
For many years I have received countless blessings through Christian Science, and in the hope that it may help others who have a sense of fear and limitation, I give this testimony. Nervousness and a great sense of shyness, together with many small ailments, have been overcome, so that work has been undertaken which has meant tedious journeys in all weathers and speaking at meetings. This has involved hard work and at one time would have been considered a thing impossible for me to do. Great comfort has been received when trouble seemed likely to overwhelm me. I am the wife of a clergyman and for some time there was a strong belief that to leave my husband's church would be to injure him, but this seeming difficulty has been overcome, and although there is no Christian Science church or society nearer my home than six miles, the way has been opened for me to attend services there.
I have been completely healed of severe attacks of sciatica and constant backache. For all this and for the peace and happiness that Christian Science has brought into my life I am truly thankful to Mrs. Eddy and to those friends who first brought this wonderful truth to my knowledge.
(Mrs.) E. M. Nevinson, Melbourne Rectory, Leicestershire, England.
