In the darkest hour of my life, after trying for some...

In the darkest hour of my life, after trying for some years to regain my health through materia medica, I turned to Christian Science for help, which was received. Being a registered pharmacist, with no little love for and faith in the doctors, it was only a state of hopelessness that led me to take this step. My mental and physical condition improved from the moment I began to perceive that there is only one Life, which is forever expressing itself everywhere; that the real man, God's image and likeness, can never be separated from this Life. For over ten years now the light of Truth has been a beacon in the fogs and mists of mortal belief, and I have never failed to get the needed help either through my own faithful study of the Christian Science literature or through the clearer mental work of a friend more advanced in understanding of the truth. I am indeed most grateful that Mrs. Eddy was able to share with us the truth about God and man.
