In taking up the study of Christian Science I carried along a great load of fear as to the outcome of turning away from specialists to God. I believed Him to be all-powerful, but did not know that we could always get into touch with Him. I resolved, however, to rely absolutely on this teaching, and during the three years that I have been studying it the sense of fear has slowly but surely become less. My children have been healed of croup, gathering in the ear, measles, headache, spasms, cuts, boils, fevers, and whooping cough, and I have been healed of nervous prostration and stomach trouble.

I am so glad that through Mrs. Eddy's "longing to be good and true," to use the words of a hymn, I have learned to know our Father-Mother God. The Bible is now my daily companion, whereas I had for years failed to understand it.—(Mrs.) Flora Helen Myers, Centralia, Wash.
