Among the Churches

Current Notes

Manette, Wash. —Regular services are being held every Sunday in the new Christian Science church, which is situated halfway up the hill and is a most attractive building. The members are to be heartily congratulated, for when the opening service was held, Thanksgiving day [Nov. 29, 1917], the church was free of debt.

Bremerton News.

Rhinelander, Wis.—The Christian Science Society will hold regular services at the County Jail each Sunday afternoon from now on. They are to be conducted by different readers each Sunday. The first of these services was held yesterday afternoon [Jan. 20].—Rhinelander News.
