I was seventy-three years old when healed through Christian Science of stomach disorder and bowel trouble, from which I had suffered for over forty years and for which I was taking medicine most of the time. I was so sick I thought I was passing out. My daughters then asked me if I wanted Christian Science treatment and I said yes, so a practitioner gave me an absent treatment. I was able to sit with the family at the supper table that evening, and the next day went to the practitioner's office. In all I took seven treatments and was completely healed. I have never taken a drop of medicine since, and have better health than ever before. I am very thankful to God for this healing, and grateful to Mrs. Eddy for this beautiful truth.
