It is nearly nine years since I first heard of Christian Science and was told that the varicose veins, on account of which I had always been obliged to wear special stockings and bandages that made my legs very uncomfortable, could be healed. The day I went to the Christian Science practitioner for my first treatment, and while I was standing on the doorstep, these words came to me: "Commit thy way unto the Lord; . . . and he shall bring it to pass." God certainly has brought it to pass, for I am healed.

When my niece was a year and eight months old, she had what the doctors call external tuberculosis, which caused discharges from her hand and one of her big toes. She was sent to me for a change, as her mother had passed on six months before. Christian Science treatment was taken up for her, with the result that in five months she was healed and is now a strong girl.

I am very thankful to God not only for these healings but for others, and likewise grateful to Mrs. Eddy for showing me the way.— L. G. Hustler, Southsea, England.
