The wonderful blessings which I have experienced through Christian Science furnish the incentive to my public expression of deep-felt gratitude to God, and call forth my reverence toward the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science. I had been suffering with an abdominal complaint for years, and after having consulted many physicians who failed to relieve me, I submitted to a course of "nature-cure" with similar result, when divine Love led me to Christian Science. The first treatment was attended by a sense of unspeakable happiness, which turned my thought entirely away from my physical ills, and with a few more treatments a certain clarity and peace filled my consciousness which enabled me to perform work with the greatest ease, though formerly this had seemed impossible. The relations between my husband and myself have also become altogether different, and financial difficulties have been solved in a wonderful way. Many have been the opportunities afforded me to prove and experience Love's omnipotence, and the power of Truth, good. I am striving to show my gratitude to Mrs. Eddy for her tireless labors for humanity, by adhering closely to her teachings and endeavoring more and more to derive help from the wealth of her knowledge, while giving all praise to God for that which has proved such a blessing to me.
