It is with deep and heartfelt gratitude that I give my thanks to God for all that Christian Science has brought into my life. About four years ago I was a great sufferer from what was diagnosed by the doctors as acute rheumatism and lung trouble. I sought healing in Christian Science, and found not only relief from my sufferings, which were at times almost unbearable, but also peace of mind and calm after deep sorrow. What struck me as so remarkable was the patience, the lobing sympathy, shown me, also the sensible answers to all the questions, some quite malicious at times, that were poured out by me. I was taught to overcome hate, to forgive freely, and to know, as our dear Leader tells us, that "to infinite, ever-present Love, all is Love, and there is no error, no sin, sickness, nor death" (Science and Health, p. 567).
