Since Christian Science led me, two years ago, out of the darkness of doubt regarding divine justice to the light of ever-present and omnipotent Love, I have had every reason to be grateful for the treasures which have been revealed to me by the truth. It does bring peace on its wings, it replaces fear with confidence, hate with love, sickness with health, death with life, and many people to whom I have since brought the glad tidings acknowledge the attendant blessings.

I greet the arrival of our periodicals with a feeling of gratitude and joy, and they always seem to contain just what I need. Words are inadequate to express my deep-felt gratitude to God, the dispenser of all good, and to Mrs. Eddy. One must be a doer of the word, and not a hearer only; and my endeavor therefore is to help my fellow-beings with my small understanding as far as they will permit me to, and to wait for those whose time has not yet come with the patience and loving-kindness with which I have been ministered unto in times of tribulation when I first took up the study of Christian Science.
