For more than two years I have wanted to tell others what Christian Science has done for me. I was a great sufferer from asthma and other ailments for more than forty years, and I feel sure that as many doctors treated my case, but to no avail. I used drugs as regularly as food and believed that they prolonged my life; but, thanks to our heavenly Father, three years ago I was persuaded to try Christian Science, and from the first day that I was treated I began to improve. In less than six months I was healed of all the diseases that physicians had declared to be incurable. They had even claimed at times that it would be impossible for me to live but a short while.

I am today a well and happy man, and I am also a better man morally and spiritually; and I prize the spiritual uplift more than the bodily healing. I love God more and love the cause of Truth better; I love the Bible and love my neighbor more than I ever did. I understand God better, and man's relationship to Him. I am also very grateful to Mrs. Eddy for all these blessings. I feel as if I had come out of a dimly lighted room into the bright shining of the noonday sun, into the glorious light and liberty of the children of God.—W. P. Duckett, Merkel, Texas.
