I send this testimony hoping to encourage some one who may be in need of the healing power of Truth. Since I have been old enough to speak, I have been constantly troubled with my throat. Each winter I looked forward to two or three weeks of suffering. While living in Panama the doctors advised me to have my tonsils removed. I did so, and a week after this I could not speak or eat, and besides the operation left me with more trouble than before.

Not long after I had an attack of diphtheria. My throat was in a dreadful condition, and the fever was getting high. I then called for a Christian Science practitioner and asked for help. It was given me, and I was healed in a very short time. I was also healed of a terrible eye disease. Christian Science has not only overcome sickness for me, but has been a great help to me in my work and in my studies. I am very thankful to God, and also to our dear Leader, Mrs. Eddy, who has brought to this world the light which was greatly needed. I am only a young girl, but I intend to study and live Christian Science.
