I wish to express my gratitude for what Christian Science has done for me. When I was fifteen years of age I began to have trouble with my left limb, which pained me terribly at times and continued to get worse. We had medical advice, and the doctors pronounced the trouble hip disease. The X-ray was used and the bone was said to be tuberculous. My health in other respects was giving way, and the family physician said it was a very serious case, with danger to life as well as limb.

We had heard of Christian Science, and determined to try that first, thinking it could not hurt me and might help me. When I went to the practitioner I was unable to step on my foot. I was there a week and a half, and came home walking as straight as ever. I had three weeks of absent treatment after coming home, and I have never before been so well in all my life. I have had some beautiful demonstrations since then, each giving me a better understanding of God.

I thank our dear Leader, Mrs. Eddy, for putting this healing truth before us.
