A year ago I began to feel severe pain in the region of the heart. The physician made an examination and told me that I must keep very quiet, as I would no more be able to undergo fatigue; that I had a disease of the arteries which he could only retard but not remedy. I then turned to a Christian Science practitioner and asked for help. In two months the pain had disappeared so that I could hold the right thought myself, and I have endeavored since then to grow in understanding. Last summer I walked at times for five and six hours without experiencing pain, and still felt fresh and strong.
I thank God, and also our dear Leader, Mrs. Eddy, for the blessing that has come to me.
Frau Leonhardt, Dresden, Germany.
