MEMORANDUM

Because of receipt by the Publishing Society of various requests in connection with the trimming down of the Quarterly, the following portion of the notice printed in the Sentinel of Sept. 19, on page 52, is republished:—

"Trimmed copies of this size—4½ x 6½—will be furnished on application, provided the request is made at the time of submitting the original order or subscription, or when subscription is renewed. The Publishing Society cannot undertake to cut down returned Quarterlies or those covered by partially expired subscriptions."

The following information is given for those who have recently purchased the small Quarterly cover:—

To place pocket-size Quarterly in the small Quarterly cover, slightly clip the pasteboard covers of the Quarterly at corners diagonally, so they will slip snugly into the pockets on the inside of the leather cover. The pockets are not intended to hold the pages.
