Two years ago I was taken ill with a severe attack of bowel trouble. I took all the remedies that used to help me. but they failed to relieve. A neighbor who is a Christian Scientist sent for a practitioner, and she gave me a treatment and told me I could get up and eat anything I wanted to. I did so, and felt well, although before this I could retain nothing. The next morning I received the second treatment, and the following day I went shopping for several hours, then came home and ate a hearty dinner, not even being tired. It is a great thing to be healed through Christian Science. I am studying Science and Health every day, and through it I am learning to understand the Word of God, to take Him at His word, and to know that God's promises are for me. I have also been healed of headaches, besides a burn, and pains in my feet. My sister and niece have also been healed in Christian Science. I am very grateful that I came to this knowledge of the Christ-healing through Christian Science.
