It is with a heart full of gratitude for what Christian Science has done and is doing for me, that I give this testimony. When it found me, I was down in the depths of sin and despair, but through the study of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, and also the loving help of a practitioner, a new life is being opened up to me. I have been healed of severe headaches, liver trouble, fatigue, and many minor ailments, but the physical healing is not so much to me as the healing of sin, and having the Bible explained from a spiritual standpoint. I remember that when quite a young child I greatly desired that some one would study the Bible to find its real meaning. I felt that there was something in it that no one had yet found out. Little did I know that while I was thinking thus, Mrs. Eddy had searched and was still searching it to find its spiritual meaning and passing it on to a waiting world. Is it any wonder that we love her for the way she has labored for mankind. I feel sure she could never have done what she has had she not been sustained of God.—Mrs. C. L.
