During the year 1892, while living in Chadron, Neb., I was in such poor health that our family physician, after making a careful and thorough diagnosis of my case, pronounced it a serious disease of the kidneys, and said that its fatality was only a question of time, the verdict of materia medica being that the disease is incurable. I took the medicine prescribed for me for some time, the conditions continuing about the same, and any one who knows anything about this disease will readily understand what I suffered. Without hope and utterly discouraged, I decided to try Christian Science, and I can thankfully say that I was quickly healed and have enjoyed good health for a number of years. I am glad to be able to give my testimony in behalf of Christian Science.
