Christian Science first came to our notice seven years ago. We had a boy six months old who had been suffering from a skin disease and bowel trouble for about four months. He was constantly under a doctor's care and received no help, but grew worse. We gave Christian Science a trial, and within a week he was perfectly well, his face having another look entirely. About one and a half years before this my wife began to feel sickly, and after an examination the doctor said she had seriour lung trouble. She rapidly grew weaker, until we read Science and Health, and the baby was healed, then she took a new hold on life and was soon herself again. When attacked with fever at one time, I had my wife read to me from Science and Health, and I was soon better. Our boy was also healed of serious bowel trouble and of scarlet fever within a week. Our two children know of nothing but Christian Science, and it not only heals our diseases but casts out fear and gives us the quiet assurance that God is Love and God is everywhere.
