I want to add my testimony and gratitude to the hundreds that have been given through our sentinel and journal.My physical healing sixteen years ago, was wonderful in itself, and since that time Christian Science has been a continual help, blessing me in thousands of ways, destroying fears, and giving me increasing trust in God. Its educational influence has proved of wonderful significance to me. my heart goes out to God in gratitude for the mental culture and discipline I find in the pure writings of our dear Leader, Mrs. Eddy; and for the clean literature which is blessing mankind through Christian Science.

Many times a day do I resort to that loving counsel in Science and Health, p. 496, "Hold perpetually this thought,—that it is the spiritual idea, the Holy Ghost or Christ, which enables you to demonstrate, with scientific certainty, the rule of healing, based upon its divine principle, Love, underlying, overlying, and encompassing all true being." I also desire to express my gratitude for the helpful Bible Lesson-Sermons, for I appreciate the labors of the committee in their selection of the references which have always met a present need,—Mrs. Kate J.
