I desire to tell the readers of our periodicals what Christian Science has done for me. For many years I was afflicted with dyspepsia which affected me physically and mentally, and neither physician nor medicine could help me. Through Christian Science I have been healed of it and also of scirrhus and rheumatism. I could not go out in the sun unless I held an umbrella over me, which is very troublesome for a farmer who spends most of his time outside.
I am very grateful to God and to my practitioner for all the benefits I have received through Christian Science, and I desire to express my sincere gratitude to Mrs. Eddy, who has done so much for humanity.—J. F., Bloomington, III.
