As a member of another Christian denomination I had prayed to God sincerely and fervently to heal me, but the healing never came until I turned to Christian Science. Just one week from the time I visited the reading room for treatment, sick physically and mentally, I was conscious of feeling absolutely well. Medicine could not relieve the conditions brought about by worrying. when I approached Christian Science whole-heartedly I learned that God's child has no cause to worry.

Divine Love has met each error which has come up from that time to this, and I am indeed thankful to be able to meet and put down error for my two children. One evening my little girl awoke after having slept only a short time, and seemed to have a raging fever. She appeared to be delirious and insisted that some one was pulling her foot and another was pulling her arm in the opposite direction. with shrieks she insisted she "just could not stand it." I declared the truth audibly and realized that God's child is always of right mind. Then those words of our dear Leader came to me, "Speak to disease as one having authority" (Science and Health p. 395). After having done so about two minutes the little arms which had clasped me so frantically were unloosed. She lay back upon the pillow and began to speak in a rational manner. I continued to work mentally and in the morning she arose perfectly well.

I sincerely hope these few thoughts may help some one who is just starting. Christian Science brings unspeakable comfort and peace. I am indeed grateful to God for our Leader, who has worked so faithfully to show us the way.—O. B., Brooklyn, N. Y.
