RADIO PROGRAM No. 255 - The Practical Value of the First Commandment

Speaker: Isn't it encouraging, friends, to realize that all of us share a reverence for and appreciation of the Ten Commandments? Our program is going to show how a greater understanding of the First Commandment, "Thou shalt have no other gods before me," can bring healing and freedom. This understanding played an important part in the healing you'll hear today. I might explain that our guest, Fred Beyer, served as an Army Chaplain in Korea and is in the Chaplains Reserve. Tell us a little of what you're doing, Chaplain Beyer.

Chaplain Beyer: I'm a Christian Science Minister for the Armed Services. Part of my work is to serve students of our religion who are attending the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Speaker: That must be an interesting assignment. Now, we'd like to hear about your healing.
